This honey still has all the properties of proper honey but benefits from the added infusion of pure cacao. The result is a rich, delicious honey packed with flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
This honey has no artificial preservatives or added processed sugars. This is a natural product. Consequently, colour, consistency and flavour may vary from the image and from jar to jar. It is normal for this natural honey to granulate over time. It is not going off. It just needs to be lightly warmed (e.g. sat on a cloth on a warm radiator) until it re-liquifies.
