Shipping

Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail, we are currently only shipping to the UK. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, from the day of dispatch. Please note orders placed after 12noon on a Friday and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.

UK Shipping

Our shipping costs are calculated based on your basket total. For orders under £50 shipping costs are £4.95 for Tracked 48 and £5.95 for Tracked 24, we offer free shipping for orders over £50.00*

These rates exclude optics which is free delivery on orders over £350 shipped direct from Viking Optical. Under £350 shipping costs are £8.50 sent next day with DPD and £4.50 on orders under £50. 

Please note orders placed after 12noon on a Friday and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.
 
Exceptional delivery charges - We reserve the right to vary the standard shipping on certain items which are unusually high in weight, volume or value.

*Excludes optics and some clothing lines which are shipped direct from suppliers. 

International delivery destinations - 

We currently only ship to the UK.

Our Packaging

Here at WWT, we are committed to reducing our use of plastic packaging for product we sell and for the postage of our products. We reuse packaging from deliveries we receive, and all purchased packaging has recycled content or for peanut chips, are fully compostable.

Returns Information

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return it please follow the instructions below. For exchanges, please email onlineshop@wwt.org.uk

Have your order number handy and visit our Royal Mail returns portal (this link can also be found in your confirmation email).

  1. Enter your order number (WWT-1234) and select a reason for return (1 – Faulty, 2 - Damaged, 3 – Too Big, 4 – Too Small, 5 – No longer required, 6 – Incorrect item)
  2. Fill in your details under the sender's details and create your label.
  3. Pack the items you're returning.
  4. Print your return shipping label if not using the QR code. If you haven’t received it yet, get in touch.
  5. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
  6. Drop the package at your local Post Office or arrange a collection.
  7. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.

 Please note:

  • The product must be in its original condition, and a copy of the original delivery note must be enclosed so that we can identify the order. We'll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions. 
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your item.

By original Condition, we mean: You've kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
