Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail and Parcelforce and we ship throughout the world. Our optics, food and drinks products are only available within the UK.
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, from the day of dispatch, for UK deliveries but we are experiencing some delays due to the pandemic, so it may be slightly longer. We will be keeping in contact with all organisations in the supply chain and will notify you as soon as possible, if we are unable to fulfil an order.

Our shipping costs are calculated based on your basket total. For orders under £50 shipping costs are £4.95, we offer free shipping for orders over £50.00.
These rates exclude optics which is free delivery on orders over £100 shipped direct from Viking Optical. Under £100 shipping costs are £8.50 sent next day with DPD and £4.50 on orders under £50.
Exceptional delivery charges - We reserve the right to vary the standard shipping on certain items which are unusually high in weight, volume or value.
International delivery destinations
We ship parcels to customers throughout the world, wherever possible. If you have any queries or concerns please Contact Us. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to Europe, and up to 28 working days for delivery to the rest of the world (Worldwide).
Please also note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, applied when the delivery reaches that destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and for complying with any laws relating to the import of your Products. This will also apply to EU orders after 1st July 2021.

Returns AddressIf, for any reason, you need to return received goods to us (please read our Terms & Conditions), please let us know within seven working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing us at email@example.com. We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements. Please return the package to:

Faulty GoodsIf, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please email us in the first instance, with your details and a summary of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the faulty goods.
