Returns and refunds
If, for any reason, you need to return received goods to us (please read our Terms & Conditions), please let us know within seven working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing us at shop@wwt.org.uk. We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements. Please return the package to:

Faulty Goods
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please email us in the first instance, with your details and a summary of the fault to shop@wwt.org.uk and we will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the faulty goods.
