WWT Gift voucher Terms & Conditions
- This gift card expires 12 months after last use and is redeemable against part or full payment for admissions, retail and catering goods at our WWT sites, excluding online purchases and Gift Aid admission tickets.
- This gift card is not a credit / debit or charge card.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or in part for cash.
- No VAT is charged on the purchase of a gift card but purchases paid for are subject to VAT as appropriate
- No change will be given but any remaining amount will remain on the card until used again before expiry.
- The card has a minimum balance of £0 and a maximum balance of £250.
- Ask at the tills for balance enquiries.
- You can reload this card with additional funds at the tills in our gift shops.
- Keep your card safe as we accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or any balance remaining.
- We may withdraw or cancel the gift card and may require alternative payment if we consider the card has been stolen or fraudulently obtained.
- We reserve the right to amend or supplement the terms and conditions or discontinue gift cards at any time.
- If an item purchased on a gift card is returned then it will be exchanged for goods of the same or greater value and the difference, if greater, can be paid by cash or card.

- The gift card is non-refundable unless purchased online, in which case it may be returned within 14 days - this is a legal requirement for Gift Cards sold online.
