A multi-floral honey. Usually darker and slightly more flavoursome than our Wildflower honey. Often there is a nice hint of blackberry and occasionally a light aniseed back-note can be detected.
This versatile honey is great on cereal, yoghurt, pancakes, toast and many other uses.
Customers report that this works well in combating hay fever and related allergies. It also has all the recognised antibacterial and antifungal properties of raw honey. Wonderful for relieving the symptoms of sore throats and coughs.
This is a natural product. Consequently, colour, consistency and flavour may vary from image and from jar to jar. It is normal for this natural honey to granulate over time. It is not going off. It just needs to be lightly warmed (e.g. sat on a cloth on a warm radiator) until it re-liquifies.
Unsuitable for infants under 12 months of age
